蓝牙耳机申请MIC认证资料和流程，

mic认证：
mic是日本的无线电波法认证，又称telec认证，针对与普通无线如蓝牙 wifi ，低频等功率的认证，对于普通电话装置，只要按电信事业法要求进行jate认证；对于无线的终端设备，除了需要按电信事业法要求进行jate认证外，还需要按无线电法要求进行telec认证。
无线通信设备telec 认证需要提交的资料：

declaration of quality management system
letter of quality control confirmation method or manufacturer’s iso 9001 certificate
letter of construction protection confirmation
rated power declaration
antenna report
test reports (including test results, test setup photos and examinations carried out)
