上海天工可可食品有限公司于2005年2月成立，是中粮集团、中国土产畜产进出口总公司旗下的中国茶叶股份有限公司直属的子公司（链接http://www.cofco.com/cn/about_cofco/bu_all.aspx?con_id=343）。
公司占地面积20000平方米，拥有一幢智能化的办公楼和四幢现代化的标准厂房，引进瑞士、荷兰、德国和意大利等国先进设备，采用西非等地的优质可可豆为原料，专业生产可可制品。公司加工工艺先进，产品质量上乘，生产的“申德”牌可可白脱、可可粉和可可液块，各项微生物指标、理化指标、香气和色泽等，均达到世界先进国家可可制品的水平。公司产品主要出口到美国、澳大利亚等国以及欧洲、中东地区，在国内与和路雪有限公司、玛氏食品（中国）有限公司和高乐高食品有限公司等建立了良好的合作伙伴关系。

Founded in February 2005, Shanghai Tiangong Cocoa Food Co., Ltd.，is a subsidiary of China Tea Co., Ltd. which is a subsidiary of China National Native Produce & Animal By-Products Import & Export Corporation, now under COFCO.
Shanghai Tiangong occupies an industrial area of over 20,000M2 with four modern standard workshops and an intelligentized office building. With the equipments from Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany and Italy, and with the selected high quality cocoa beans imported from West Africa, Central America and Southeast Asia, Shanghai Tiangong specializes in cocoa bean processing. In the brand name “SHENDE”, the company enjoys high reputation for its high quality cocoa products, namely, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, cocoa liquor (mass) and cocoa press cake.
