Pan’sWorld在1899年起源于风景如画的苏格兰高地，其创始人Colone Malcolm De Daphta家族最初以培育及研发新品梗类犬为主，发展至今已经成为英国乃至全欧洲的全犬种繁育中心，Pan’sWorld在其发展的过程中，努力开拓宠物产业中的多项服务及产品，如：开发了以PANSWORLD为品牌的名贵宠物用品，占领了欧洲9%的市场份额，还有这各种宠物食物及宠物连锁店等。2006年底Pan’sWorld来到中国，拥有了一个中国名字——“磐仕伍德”，磐仕伍德宠物机构在上海首先以宠物服务连锁店的形式，为居住在上海的爱宠者提供国际化的宠物服务，未来磐仕伍德宠物机构将会致力于更高端的产品及服务理念的引进，努力让中国的爱宠者享受更多更专业的服务使更多爱宠者可以把世界名犬带回家，努力使中国宠物行业健康有序的发展为使命。同时磐仕伍德宠物机构始终关注社会性的公益事业，在发展过程中将会不断倡导文明健康养宠，提高人和宠物之间和谐相处。
