苏州辉腾商贸有限公司前身是苏州汉王礼品有限公司。因业务发展需要，苏州汉王礼品于2005年分别成立苏州经典汉王礼品有限公司和苏州辉腾商贸有限公司。前者侧重于传统礼品的店面销售，而苏州辉腾商贸有限公司则侧重于传统礼品的批量定制。

苏州辉腾商贸有限公司（以下简称“辉腾商贸”）主要经营传统礼品的批量定制与加工。其经营的范围主要涵盖刺绣工艺品、木雕工艺品等苏州传统手工艺品。旗下品牌“金柳工艺”，更是辉腾商贸整合了苏州民间手工艺品的相关资源，筛选推出的苏州民间工艺精品。

2007年公司成立澳洲代表处和台湾地区代表处，拓展海外市场。

The scope of its business mainly covers embroidery handicrafts, wood products and other Suzhou traditional gifts. "King Willow Arts and Crafts" belongs to Phaeton Gifts, a famous traditional gifts brand, integrates Suzhou folk arts and crafts related resources and put out a series of high quality products to meet our customers’ satisfication.
