1999年成立， 注册资金400万人民币。 工厂位于京津之间的廊坊。主要产品为纸拉花和纸灯笼两大类，500多个品种。居同行业主导地位，主要出口欧洲市场。
经过七年的不懈努力，公司规模不断扩大，目前已经发展到除纸拉花和纸灯笼以外的纸玩具、塑料礼品、蜡烛、圣诞礼品等六大类产品，工厂有熟练工人160人，设计人员10人，并拥有十二家加工厂。仅拉花一项的出口额就达到200万美圆。
