说 明: 本产品 为直流电焊条,其公称组成(wt.﹪)为60ni、22cr、5fe、9mo、3.5nb具有优异的焊接性及作业性,熔金中mo、nb的含量高,可应用于广泛的耐热及耐腐蚀环境,适用于化工制程设备、核能反应炉焊接。可适用于inconel合金、inconel合金钢接头覆面、钢用inconel合金作表面堆焊。适用母材如:astmb443/444/446等。亦可用于inconel 625/825,alloy20,alloy25-6mo及monel 400、超沃斯田铁、高镍合金材质及异材焊接、9%ni高强度钢焊接等。棒径￠3.2(mm)以下的焊条可应用于全姿势焊接,至于较大的焊条仅能应用于平焊及横焊。
