铸铁，金相
铸铁：含碳量在2%以上的铁碳合金。工业用铸铁一般含碳量为2.5%～3.5%。碳在铸铁中多以石墨形态存在，有时也以渗碳体形态存在。根据石墨形态，断口颜色，化学成分，生产方法等，主要可分为灰口铸铁，白口铸铁，可锻铸铁，球墨铸铁，蠕墨铸铁，合金铸铁等。日常见得比较多的灰铸铁，球墨铸铁，其在正式投入生产前，往往需要验证其石墨等级、大小、形状、分布等情况，以确保其性能达到使用级别。
